About Us

We are a private company comprised of a small team of researchers, software engineers, and active traders. The original concept for this site was the result of years of research by Gregg Harris, who has been researching and developing trading systems for over twenty-five years. He noted in discussions with fellow traders, and on active trader chat sessions, that seasonal and statistical information, on both the stocks themselves and on common trading systems and techniques, was only sporadically available to active traders. Even then, what little was available, was usually in a format useless to active traders.
